Privacy Notice
We will not give away, sell, or trade your personal information to anyone else. We only store what is necessary to ship and process your order. All information is transmitted via an encrypted connection certified by our shopping cart directly to Authorize.net, the leading payment gateway, who authorizes the transaction, and to our server, so that we can process the order.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the following factors.
-choice of product
-quantity ordered
-number of locations imprinted
-number of ink colors in your design
To lower your cost per item, we recommend the following.
-choose white blank products
-order larger quantities, this reduces your per item cost
-only imprint one location
-limit the number of ink colors in your design
The price you see is your total. There is no screen fee, no art fee, and no shipping fee. Sales tax will only be added to orders shipped to an Iowa address.
Forms of Payment
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted through our checkout online or over the phone.
Purchase orders are accepted, but are reserved for qualified organizations only (e.g. schools, government agencies, and large corporations). Purchase orders must be verified and therefore must be placed by phone.
Minimum Order
Unlike most other companies. There are NO MINIMUMS!
Delivery Time
You can choose from Regular delivery or Rush, with Rush service adding an extra 20% to your total.
Delivery dates for Regular and Rush are shown on both the website homepage and on the checkout page.
We also have a Mega-Rush for an additional 40%. Please call for availability. We have done ordered and had them delivered the same day. If you need it fast, contact us immediately and we will help you.
If there are problems or questions with your order, incomplete information, an art recommendation, etc., we will contact you by e-mail. We will *not* be able to continue production until you respond. Please do so promptly, since this could cause a delay in your order. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada vary. Please check with UPS for exact delivery times to your address.
NOTE: We are not responsible for delays in delivery by UPS for reasons of their choosing (e.g. adverse weather conditions). Refunds will not be offered if UPS does not meet their delivery responsiblities.
Above delivery times apply to all screen printed apparel orders. Longer production times are required for promotional products, Sports Photoballs, and Embroidery.
Upload Your Art
Our site has thousands of pieces of clipart to choose from, however you have the option to upload your own art.
Please refer to the art upload section in the design studio for a detailed explanation. For the purpose of designing, you will upload a .jpg. For the purpose of screenprinting, you will upload an .eps.
Please note, we can only print high resolution images. If artwork you provide is of a low resolution, we will contact you. You will need to either provide a higher quality image, or pay additional charges for our Art Staff to work with your art, bringing it up to standard for printing.
Order Confirmation
Following your order placement, you will receive 3 emails.
1. Order Confirmation
2. Order Shipped, including your UPS tracking number
3. Request for testimonial, tell us how we performed
Returns
If you have a return, you must call and speak with a representative to receive a RA number. Returns will not be accepted without a RA (return authorization). Any discrepancies with an order quantity or defect must notify a representative of EnvisionTees through phone or e-mail within 48 hours of receipt.
Security SSL

Volume Orders
We often print large volume orders. Please understand on these orders, typically over 1000 impressions, an industry standard is plus or minus .75 percent. On a volume run we order more garments to allow for misprints.
